Grocery Delivery Supervisor Role

The Grocery Delivery Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless grocery delivery operations within stores or district stores. This position involves overseeing the implementation of operational standards, customer service improvements, and staff training to guarantee high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement GD Operations strategies and efficiencies to ensure 100% on-time and full delivery
  • Monitor daily store/district store fulfillment and closing of orders
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
  • Plan, organize, control, and schedule work activities of immediate subordinates
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel as a Grocery Delivery Operations Supervisor at WalterMart Supermarket Inc., candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in grocery delivery.
