About this role:

We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our key clients.

This client-facing position involves overseeing the end-to-end relationship, ensuring consistent and exceptional service delivery while balancing client needs with business objectives.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and consistent client experience.
  • Manage client accounts, oversee ongoing initiatives, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Advise clients on strategic use of company services and develop tailored short- and long-term retention strategies.
  • Lead communication across internal teams and clients to ensure efficient, timely responses and project execution.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for relationship management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support client success and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the 'voice of the client' in internal planning, helping shape solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and service delivery models based on client feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring alignment with company policies and mission.
  • Ensure communications adhere to regulatory standards and company guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in financial services or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.

This role is primarily sedentary, involving prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. You must be able to hear, speak, and use vision to perform essential job functions.
