At Citi, we're seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Vice President, Finance Reporting Lead Analyst. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about data governance and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data governance that aligns with organizational and regulatory requirements. They will also lead data analysis and accuracy impact submission of reports to various constituencies based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting.

Key responsibilities include analyzing, investigating, and presenting data usage and quality issues to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will manage complex information to effectively solve problems, translate regulatory reporting requirements into business specifications, and establish business requirement documents.

They will also review test scripts, interact with business partners to ensure successful migrations of key technology releases, and manage review and update data hub procedure manuals on a regular basis.

In addition, the successful candidate will participate in special projects on continuous improvements on data cycle and data hub within the business team. They will understand the overall regulatory environment and have previous experience working with reporting data or automation projects.

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Math, or Computer Science or equivalent experience is required. A master's degree is preferred. Strong technical skills, including SQL and Python, are essential for this role.
