Merchandising Specialist

As a key member of our team at MK MANPOWER AND ALLIED SERVICES CORPORATION, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. Your primary duties will include:

1. Receiving and Displaying Products: You will be responsible for receiving deliveries and displaying products on the proper gondola, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked and visually appealing.
2. Sales Order Management: You will be responsible for processing sales orders for critical stocks, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.
3. Product Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our products, ensuring that they are always presented in a clean and attractive manner.
4. Promotion and Inventory Management: You will be responsible for monitoring incoming promotions, setting up TLC (Total Look Concept) displays, and managing inventory levels to ensure that we are always stocked with the products our customers want.
5. Customer Service: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and offering baskets for their convenience.
6. Inventory Control: You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing the first-in/first-out (FIFO) inventory management system.
7. Store Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of our stores, ensuring that they are always clean, organized, and well-maintained.
8. Reporting and Communication: You will be responsible for reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor, and communicating with the team to ensure that we are working together to achieve our goals.
