Business Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Business Analyst. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical project needs.
This role involves supporting clients and teammates through initial implementation and platform adoption, reviewing and scoping support tickets to ensure timely resolution, and assessing client requests to determine the best course of action.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent support to clients and teammates during initial implementation and platform adoption.
- Review and scope support tickets to guarantee timely and effective resolution.
- Assess client requests and provide recommendations for next steps.
- Monitor and track progress on client deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with data engineers to implement business rules and logic.
