Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the finance and accounting team to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  2. Develop and implement effective finance and accounting strategies to support manufacturing operations.
  3. Manage the daily activities of the staff and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  4. Ensure compliance with PEZA regulations for all financial-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior position within a manufacturing set-up environment.
  • Experience working with PEZA and BOI in a Japanese manufacturing context.
  • Familiarity with taxation management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven management experience.
  • CPA is preferred.
  • More than five (5) years of relevant experience is highly desirable.
