Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator to support our student recruitment efforts. In this role, you will assist the Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager in generating application statistics reports, gather information for recruitment and admissions research, and coordinate with internal collaborators to ensure the efficiency of the student recruitment & admissions process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager, including data entry and report generation.
- Conduct research on recruitment and admissions trends to inform our strategies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the Finance Services Group, CRM, ICT, and website administrator, to ensure seamless operations.
- Work closely with the Admissions Associate to ensure all applicant documents are complete before scholarship deliberations/enrollment.
- Follow up with low-priority leads and applicants via phone or email as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop program marketing materials and requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, International or Development Studies, or similar field required. At least one to two years of full-time work experience in customer service, education industry, or similar setting preferred.
