About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Vendor Performance Specialist to join our team at 2GO Logistics. As a member of our Vendor Management team, you will play a critical role in driving SLA compliance and ensuring seamless operations across our EXP Operational sites for Fleet and Manpower.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining training materials based on agreed fleet management SOPs.
  • Conducting training sessions for fleet partners to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Maintaining a record of trained partners and personnel to ensure training certifications are up to date.
  • Collaborating with the Vendor Management team to address training gaps identified during SLA reviews.
  • Updating training manuals and content to reflect changes in operational procedures or regulations.
  • Conducting regular audits of vendor compliance with training standards and protocols.
  • Serving as the point of contact for fleet-related safety and operational training queries.
  • Benchmarking latest training approach and methods to increase information retention and learning.


To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration
  • 3+ years' experience in Vendor Management for Fleet in Logistics Industry is a plus.
  • An equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in vendor performance tracking tools and data analytics.
