
Business Compensation Expert

This role supports the monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.
The Financial Analysis Leader is responsible for owning and overseeing the data, processes, and controls that ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.
Responsibilities:- Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
- Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
- Must have stable employment history.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
