Gathering and analyzing business requirements specific to real estate management is a crucial aspect of this role. You will need to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align solutions with business needs, develop training materials, and conduct user training sessions. Additionally, you will facilitate and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), as well as provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and enhancements.

We are looking for an individual with a solid understanding of real estate business processes and practices, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of SAP RE-FX module configuration and implementation is essential, along with familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Proficiency in creating detailed functional documentation is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP RE-FX implementations. SAP RE-FX certification and experience in the real estate or property management industry are highly preferred.
