Job Summary:

This position requires a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead programs and drive growth in the consulting services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT service delivery, interacting with clients, and building strong relationships with team members, business partners, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborating on strategy, tactics, and operations to add value to their business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project resources, including project team members and external contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare project progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and issues, identifying and mitigating risks and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and are of high quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive and relevant program/employee management experience in the automotive industry, especially dealer management system.
  • Significant experience in software development projects and IT service delivery.
  • Experience in managing federal agency software development/government contracts.
  • Experience in managing technical staff, including project managers, developers, testers, business analysts, and software delivery teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP and CRM projects, specifically big contracts.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM is preferred.
  • Experience in managing teams remotely across multiple countries.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong writing skills to develop project documents, project updates, and status reports.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, Prince 2 or PMP.
  • Ability to travel as required.
Work Set-up:

Hybrid set-up (3 days onsite - 2 days WFH per week).
