Job Title: Project Costing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Costing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction department, you will play a vital role in analyzing project plans and specifications to provide accurate time, cost, and labor estimates.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and historical data to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Review architectural drawings and technical documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors, and solicit pricing information.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator (3+ years preferred).
  • Experience with estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
