Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text while working remotely.

About the Role
  • Assist with claims resolution in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as tolls and parking tickets efficiently, minimizing disruptions and delays.
  • Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns, increasing brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is highly desirable.
  • Marketing background or experience is an asset, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
