Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ccoordinate with clients, account owners, sales teams, and overseas agents to receive pre-alerts and documents.
  2. Prepare Inward Cargo manifests for submission to carriers and consolidators.
  3. Monitor shipment status by requesting updates from consolidators and carriers via phone calls and emails.
  4. Keep the customer service, sales, and inter-department teams updated on shipment activities, problems, and discrepancies.
  5. Prepare E2M manifests based on standard practices and procedures for submission to the Bureau of Customs.
  6. Notify consignees of cargo arrival via phone calls and email notifications through CargoWise.
  7. Prepare duly signed shipping documents and release them upon validation of House Bills of Lading presented by the consignee or its authorized broker.
  8. Request payment for Less than Container Load (LCL) co-loaders and warehouse/ carrier destination charges.
  9. Raise irregularity reports immediately after discrepancies are reported.
  10. Update Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and milestone records.
  11. Prepare monthly monitoring reports for documentation.
