**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Overseeing Operations: Ensure all restaurants in your assigned concept are operating efficiently and consistently meeting company standards.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage restaurant supervisors and staff, including overseeing employee performance and ensuring proper staffing levels.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability across assigned restaurants by reviewing sales, costs, and inventory.
  • Customer Experience: Foster excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or issues, monitoring feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Compliance and Health & Safety: Ensure all locations adhere to local regulations, health codes, and company policies, including food safety standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and financial performance in a multi-unit business environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in budget management, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives.
