Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in performing audits under supervisor's guidance.
  • Document audit tests and findings in workpapers.
  • Research current audit legislation for US federal, state, and local compliance.
  • Analyze client data using standard processes and tools.
  • Identify technical issues and suggest mitigations to senior personnel.
  • Streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college.
  • 3-7 years of public accounting experience in audit.
  • ERISA, Employee Benefit Plans Experience Required.
  • Understanding of GAAS, GAAP, OCBOA, and industry-specific rules.
  • Experience with paperless auditing applications preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong research, organizational, computer, and analytical skills.
  • Desire to provide exceptional client service with high integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Requirements
  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps.
  • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace.
  • Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup required.
