You'll also handle HR-related paperwork, investigate employee relations issues, and act as a point of contact for complex employee inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or any related course.
  2. CHRP is preferred.
  3. At least 5 years of experience specializing in General Human Resources.
  4. Extensive experience in payroll computations and preparation, recruitment, and employee relations.
  5. Excellent oral and written skills in English and Tagalog.
  6. Knowledgeable of Labor laws and Philippine Labor Code.
  7. Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  8. Three references that are reachable.
  9. Highly organized and efficient.
  10. Able to work with minimum supervision.
  11. Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing or supervising a team.
  12. High sense of integrity.
  13. Flexible with working schedule.
  14. Willing to work extended hours.
  15. Willing to work on alternating Saturdays.
