  • Assistance in conducting faculty evaluation and recommending recruitment, retention, and separation of faculty members.
  • Allocation of teaching loads for all instructors handling subjects for professional courses.
  • Facilitation of course schedule changes due to conflicts of time, room assignments, instructor availability, etc.
  • Assistance to Admission and Registrar during enrollment to enhance efficient submission of student records and documents required by faculty.
  • Enforcement of course specifications and preparation of faculty development program plans.
  • Recommendation of policies for upgrading the department's academic community.
  • Acting as the College's assessor of competence for graduating students.
