This role offers an exciting opportunity to excel as a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct introductory calls with new clients to establish rapport and answer questions.
- Effectively handle objections while reinforcing the product's value proposition.
- Determine client needs and assess which plan best aligns with value and cost-effectiveness.
- Qualify leads and determine readiness to proceed with the purchase.
- If not ready to pay, engage clients in follow-up communication workflows and manage future check-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status within CRM systems.
- Share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to enhance product and messaging.
- At least 3 years of client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (Email Competency).
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
- Confidence on the phone, ability to effectively handle objections from business customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bonus: Experience with a CRM system e.g. Salesforce.
