E-Commerce Project Lead Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Project Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our middle-mile operations and implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize sorting center efficiency and reduce parcel delivery lead time.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyze manpower supply/demand trends and provide insights to support Workforce Management in ensuring headcount commitment from agencies.
  • Truck Productivity Improvement: Monitor linehaul truck productivity and perform forecasting on parcel profile to provide realistic truck productivity KPI.
  • Network Development: Plan and execute volume ramp-up plans and network changes for sorting centers by alignment with other teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in the E-commerce or logistics industry.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects.
  • Must have Project management experience.
  • Data analytical skills (Excel) is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong.
