Software Developer Role

We seek a talented developer to contribute to the growth of our platform.

This individual will collaborate with a dynamic team to review designs, ensure the stability and scalability of our software, and participate in planning activities, code reviews, and product development.

  • Maintain production stability by writing scripts, debugging live issues, and resolving defects reported through customer interactions or monitoring tools.
  • Participate in planning activities, perform code reviews, and contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Owning component(s) of the platform and ensuring it meets quality standards.
  • Develop quality software that adheres to engineering best practices, write well-documented and easily readable code with automated tests.

Candidates must possess:

  • Experience in RoR/GoLang, PostgresQL, and AWS.
  • Strong knowledge and experience on both Relational and Non-relational database designs.
  • Proficiency with code versioning tools (specifically Git and Github).
  • Experience with DevOps/TechOps.
  • Designed and deployed an API or microservice to production environment.
  • Excellent understanding of relevant technologies including HTTP, RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT, CORS, websockets, application routing.
  • Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning.

Preferred candidates are those who have:

  • Experience in event-driven architecture.
  • Developed tools to multiply effectiveness of the team.
  • Exhibited good judgement in recommending and adopting new technologies.
