About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to join our team and help us work smarter. In this role, you'll build and manage automations that make our recruiting, sales, marketing, and operations teams more efficient.

Your playground will be APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts. But it's not just about building workflows—it's about understanding how systems fit together and finding creative ways to improve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and scale automations with Make.com (primary), Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and turn them into seamless, automated workflows.
  • Jump into custom scripting (Python/Node.js) when off-the-shelf tools can't get the job done.
  • Monitor, test, and optimize automations so they're rock-solid.
  • Document workflows so the whole team can understand and build on them.
  • Partner with teams across the business to map out processes and design smarter, automated systems.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years in automation, systems integration, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience building in Make.com (Integromat).
  • Strong with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, etc.).
  • Comfortable writing custom automations with Python or Node.js.
  • A systems thinker: you don't just automate—you understand how processes work and how to improve them.
