We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Trinity Workforce. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in shaping our US corporate recruitment strategy.

About the Role
  • This is a high-visibility role that requires a deep understanding of US corporate recruitment best practices.
  • You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans that meet the needs of our business.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute recruitment strategies and initiatives.

You will also need to stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in US recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills

For this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in US corporate recruitment, with a proven track record in volume hiring.
  • Expertise in end-to-end US recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
