Job Description:

We seek an experienced Outreach and Engagement Specialist to build partnerships with educational institutions and promote our driver platform as a flexible income opportunity for students.

  • Identify and contact career advisors, student placement centers, and relevant departments at colleges and universities.
  • Present our opportunity as a viable part-time work option for students seeking entrepreneurial growth or financial stability.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts.
  • Distribute marketing materials and report progress to the outreach manager or director.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence when speaking with professionals and students, and experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage outreach targets independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using basic CRM or tracking tools.
  • Passion for education, economic mobility, and student success.
