**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Recruiter PH. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, labor relations, compensation management, training, and welfare management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Recruitment Management: Establish recruitment policies and processes, formulate and review recruitment plans, select and maintain recruitment channels, and arrange interviews.
- Compensation Management: Establish compensation policies and processes, payroll calculation and approval, employee salary adjustments, compensation cost analysis, social security management, commercial insurance management.
- Employee Relations Management: Handle employee onboarding, resignation, transfer, and other personnel changes, conduct regular employee interviews, and communicate HR-related policies.
- Labor Relations Management: Manage labor relations for freelance employees, labor contractors, handle labor disputes, and labor risk control.
- Welfare Management: Establish and improve welfare policies based on company laws, budget management, update welfare programs, and plan, implement, and evaluate welfare activities.
**Requirements:**
- Fulfill-time bachelor's degree or higher.
- No gender preference; under 35 years of age.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese for daily work.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with more than 2 years in a similar HR management position. Experience in the warehousing and logistics industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using WORD, EXCEL (including functions), PPT, and other office software.
- Strong logical thinking and quick adaptability.
- Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills, and some negotiation skills.
