About the Job

This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in financial operations, accounting, and management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Verify and monitor Employee Cash Advance and Cash Voucher Reimbursements & Liquidations to prevent errors and ensure timely payments.
  2. Manage transaction entries for Headquarters (HQ) and its subsidiary companies using an accounting system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  3. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of vouchers and supporting documents, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  4. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the GHQ Financial Statement and Operating Expense Analysis, to provide valuable insights into company performance.
  5. Conduct regular asset reconciliations for Cash and Banks, identifying any discrepancies or issues that require attention.
  6. Review and control account balances, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain financial accuracy and stability.
  7. Collaborate with the Tax Department and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions involving tax, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  1. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's / College Degree or above in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent field.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field is required, with a strong background in financial operations and management.
  3. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  4. Experience with ERP accounting systems is highly valued.
  5. Proficiency in English and Filipino languages is essential.
