This is a unique chance for an Innovation Solutions Director to join our team in Southeast Asia. As an Innovation Solutions Director, you will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and accelerating digitization across Mastercard's portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop go-to-market strategies and roadmaps to accelerate digitization across banking partners and capture new payment flows.
  2. Monitor competitive products and industry trends, identifying implications for Mastercard and suggesting proactive measures as required.
  3. Collaborate with local research teams to develop communication strategies engaging consumers in successful acquisition, activation, and usage campaigns.
  4. Develop best practice materials for issuers, focusing on 'Life Cycle Management' approaches to enhance/modify/upgrade products & benefits in line with market/issuer/segment needs.
  5. Support program launches and benefit collaborations with internal teams.
  6. Develop presentations highlighting white space opportunities, market trends, and how Mastercard's solutions can drive innovation.
  7. Support markets and issuers in creating value propositions that leverage key features of existing and/or new product platforms.
  8. Provide customized product development support to markets.
  9. Demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills, along with analytical thinking and customer focus.
