Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the oncology and pediatric ICU departments. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in the oncology and pediatric ICU departments.
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices to enhance patient outcomes and improve quality of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and optimize patient flow.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in oncology and pediatric ICU settings.
- Current licensure and certification in relevant specialties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in training and educating nursing staff.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: 4,075 SAR - 6,425 SAR, tax-free.
- Sign-on bonus: $2,000 USD.
