Medical Scribe Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Medical Scribe to support our clinical team in home health settings.

The successful candidate will work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to assist with documentation, focusing on pre-charting and post-charting of comprehensive assessments in MatrixCare EMR.

  • Complete pre-charting on comprehensive home health assessments in MatrixCare EMR.
  • Assist with post-charting by accurately documenting clinical notes and required details.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role.
    • Prior experience in home health documentation required.
    • Hands-on proficiency with MatrixCare EMR strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of home health processes, including OASIS and care planning.
  • Excellent written communication and data entry skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
