Private Equity Fund Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Fund Accountant to join our team overseas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a senior role and contribute to the growth of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transaction preparation and processing for private equity fund clients, generating financial reports for review, and responding to client and investor inquiries promptly and accurately.

  • Manage transaction preparation and processing for private equity fund clients.
  • Generate financial reports for review by clients and stakeholders.
  • Respond to client and investor inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a focus on Accounting.
  • An internationally recognized accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is highly valued.
  • At least 6 years of accounting experience, particularly in private equity, or a mix of audit/fund administration and private equity experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.
