  • Creative Responsibilities
    • Conceptualize and visualize ideas: Translate project requirements into creative concepts, often collaborating with marketing teams or internal members.
    • Create engaging visual elements: Design graphics, illustrations, animations, and other multimedia content for websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Development Responsibilities
    • Develop storyboards and videos: Create compelling narratives and visual sequences for animations, videos, or interactive media.
    • Pursue ongoing learning and development: Enhance design software, animation techniques, and multimedia production skills through training opportunities.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously update knowledge of best practices and new technologies to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to projects.

Functional Knowledge/Skill Requirements

For this role, we require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Multimedia Design.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a creative agency or similar company with creative output.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience in DallE and Midjourney is an advantage.
