Experience is key to success in the world of retail and property management. As a Mall Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our esteemed mall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with executive management to set overall objectives, goals, and strategies for the mall. Regularly monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Mall Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across various departments including Engineering & Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, Marketing Initiatives, CSR, and Sustainability. Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between executive management, merchants, government partners, and customers. Ensure prompt and efficient handling of disputes, incidents, and media relations.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Operations Management within retail or property management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
