Job Title:

The Senior Engineering Operations Manager role is a key position that oversees the daily engineering activities in a plant setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, analyzing, and recommending improvements to various systems such as refrigeration, compressed air, power, steam, and equipment preventive maintenance.

About the Job:

This senior-level position requires a strong background in engineering operations, with experience in managing teams and leading projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering Course and at least three years of work experience in a Manufacturing Industry at a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Plant Operations: Ensure the effectiveness and accomplishment of PM tasks according to plan.
  • Engineering Oversight: Recommend changes, revisions, deletions, and adds PM work orders and schedules.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Evaluate the daily monitoring activities of the Engineering Technicians, assist in conducting troubleshooting, and initiating system upgrades of plant equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Initiate and oversee pre-bid and bid evaluation processes, recommending and coordinating with suppliers and contractors for projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering Course.
  • At least three years of work experience in a Manufacturing Industry at a similar capacity.
  • Possess strong communication skills and high level of stress tolerance.
  • Must possess leadership capabilities to lead, introduce, or recommend changes in policies or procedures and introduce new methods or products.
