Visual Asset Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Asset Lead to spearhead the development and execution of visual assets for our Creative department.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  • Oversee the entire visual production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality visual assets.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on visual assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a visual production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
