About Us

We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to oversee our email communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability:
    • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Campaign Creation & Management:
    • Create and refine email templates and content for empathy and urgency.
    • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
    • Run A/B testing across content and design.
  • Campaign Analytics & Optimization:
    • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
    • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
    • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
    • Provide insights to optimize performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in email marketing / deliverability / campaign strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management.
  • Experience with ESPs like MailWiz or SendGrid.
  • Skilled in persuasive, compliant copywriting.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting tools.
