Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Director to join our team at Greenville Household Goods Store. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels and movement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout and workflow, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and train warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure safe and effective operation of equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other business functions.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field, with a strong background in operations and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, including cycle counting and stockroom organization.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks in the workplace.
