As a Supply Chain Expert, Senior, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage third-party logistics (3PL), oversee consignment and inventory management, and ensure compliance with regulatory and financial policies.

You will be responsible for identifying process improvements, driving local initiatives, and maintaining data integrity in SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support order management, especially during month-end and quarter-end closings.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory requirements.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and financial policies in all operational activities.
  4. Secure necessary approvals before executing SAP transactions.
  5. Drive local initiatives for process excellence and operational improvements.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for master data activities and SAP data maintenance.
  7. Identify and address process gaps to align inventory levels with realistic requirements.
  8. Ensure timely updates of the price master in SAP.
  9. Serve as Program Administrator for Capital Equipment transactions.
  10. Communicate supply constraints promptly to stakeholders, distributors, or dealers.
  11. Oversee import/export activities, ensuring timely stock delivery to the warehouse.
  12. Handle compliance and license processing as required.
  13. Perform other duties or project-related activities as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in supply chain management within FMCG, medical equipment, or pharmaceutical industries.
  3. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  4. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  6. Independent worker and team player with a proactive mindset.
