Job Title: E-Commerce Risk Investigator

Description: We seek an E-commerce Risk Investigator to join our team. As a skilled investigator, you will be responsible for identifying and eliminating online e-commerce risk. This is a challenging role that requires candidates to be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent analytical skills.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-disciplined, diligent, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authenticating customers and complex transactions using excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Engaging proactively with team members, team leads, department management, and other company associates and third-party vendors to accomplish goals
  • Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated along with the overall contribution to the development of the department

Qualifications: To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Have at least a high school diploma (with or without experience in investigation or customer support) and 3 years of any work experience
  • Fresh graduates and career freshers are welcome to apply
  • Have a dedicated workspace at home, free from background noise, where they can connect to the internet and work on deliverables
  • A postpaid (wired) fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 200 Mbps or better, and at least 100 GB of data from a reliable provider
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically
  • Self disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications: The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Comfortable working MS tools and using basic level of automation
  • Experience in fields such as Investigations/Payments/Security or Banking domain
  • Intermediate knowledge of E-commerce
