We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This position involves responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat, email, and phone calls. You will be responsible for clarifying customer needs, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure that the problem is resolved.

You will also be responsible for escalating bugs to our technical support team and participating in the development of excellent help documentation. Additionally, you will work on specialized projects as you become more comfortable in the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and phone calls
  • Clarify customer needs, determine the cause of the issue, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure that the problem is resolved
  • Escalate bugs to our technical support team
  • Participate in the development of excellent help documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You should also be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with at least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent). You should also have demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
