Job Overview

As a Senior Client Services Project Manager at NICE, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our products post-sale, ensuring seamless customer interactions and professional communication.

Your primary responsibilities will include project development and delivery, defining project scope and goals, and managing project dependencies and critical path.

You will also be responsible for developing project plans, diagrams, and communications documents, estimating resources and participants, and negotiating with other department managers and implementation managers for required staff allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Development and Delivery: Direct and manage project development and delivery from initiation to completion, setting and managing project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Scope and Goals: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Project Execution: Develop project plans, diagrams, and communications documents to ensure effective project execution.
  • Resource Estimation: Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, negotiate with other department managers and implementation managers for required staff allocation.
  • Project Dependencies: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path to ensure timely delivery.
  • Progress Tracking: Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, tracking deliverables and progress reports.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans to mitigate risks.
  • Business Relationships: Bbuild, develop, and grow business relationships vital to project success.
  • Customer Acceptance: Collect sign-off confirming customer agreement on project completion and acceptance.
  • Post-Mortem Analysis: Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Best Practices: Develop best practices and reusable tools for project execution and management.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management or technically relevant occupation.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong project management skills in planning and coordination for timely delivery.
  2. Good understanding of principles, theories, practices, and techniques for managing project workload and analysis needed for key deliverables.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Able to motivate and encourage a project team.
  5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. Understanding of technology and software development cycle.
  7. Able to make independent and sound decisions.
  8. Financial and budget competencies.
  9. Organized and comfortable planning several months in advance.
  10. PMI Certification preferred.
