About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our organization. As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing manual and automation test tools, methodologies, scripts, and executing end-to-end automation and manual test cases, tracking results, and logging defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing.
  • Design and implement scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.
  • Contribute to implementing repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, and incorporate automated tests into continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product quality.
  • Ensure all assigned testing deliverables timelines are met within the sprint and product release.
  • Communicate test reports for stakeholders such as the principal engineer, product owner, scrum master, and release management.
  • Liaise with business users, business analysts, and engineers to ensure that any assigned defects are resolved.
  • Maintain awareness of external environments and trends in testing, in order to contribute to the improvement of processes and assets.
  • Promote productivity through test automation tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Capture and train other team members on manual and automated testing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of software testing experience (manual and automation).
  • Experience with automated testing tool Playwright.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing, including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating, and test coverage.
  • Experience working with external parties and vendors.
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and understand a business and its processes and systems in depth.
  • Experience with Selenium, as well as other tools (e.g., Java, Maven, and Postman).
  • Demonstrated skills with REST and SOAP webservices and API testing.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution.
  • Experience testing web, mobile, and Windows applications.
  • Ability to work across multiple products/platforms/squads.
