We are looking for a highly motivated Property Financial Specialist to join our finance team at Asia PeopleWorks Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for the overall implementation of the accounting operation at the managed property, including monitoring daily accounting transactions and checking and analyzing billings, invoices, statement of account, aging of accounts, and lapsing schedules.
  • Maintain petty cash vouchers, bank checks, and debit memos, as well as monitor and issue official receipts, deposit slips, and check payments.

Requirements

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in accountancy/finance/accounting.
