Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing brand visibility, optimizing digital presence, and driving significant growth in sales and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Website Management
    • Oversight of daily Shopify operations ensures seamless user experiences.
    • Optimization of product pages, landing pages, and funnels for mobile responsiveness and conversion.
    • Enhancement of website SEO through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Leadership and execution of META ads strategy, launching a minimum of 25 new ad variations weekly.
    • Development and testing of various offers on META ads (e.g., bundles, price points, and value propositions).
    • Creation of engaging ad concepts, angles, and copy tailored to target audiences.
    • Monitoring of ad performance, management of budgets, and optimization based on data-driven insights.
    • Collaboration with the email marketing team for cohesive multi-channel campaigns to improve retention.
    • Partnership with the Social Media Manager to ensure unified messaging across platforms.
    • Coordination with influencers and the social media team to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Customer Engagement & Growth
    • Development of customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
    • Use of customer feedback and analytics to refine website content and ad campaigns.
    • Planning and execution of engaging challenge programs, including virtual events and themed challenges to foster global participation and community engagement.
    • Support of the release of new product launches.
    • Initiatives such as digital training programs designed to encourage repeat purchases from existing customers while also serving as an acquisition channel for new customers.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    • Continuous analysis of customer behavior and identification of opportunities to improve website CRO.
    • A/B testing of landing pages, ads, and product pages to maximize performance.
  • Creative and Project Management
    • Management of the creation of marketing assets, including photos, videos, and supporting materials, in collaboration with the broader team.
    • Leverage of basic to intermediate graphic design skills to assist with ad creatives, banners, and other visual assets.
    • Ownership of execution while collaborating with leadership for direction and feedback.
