Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join JTI as a Digital Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive digital transformation and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps to support business strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across multiple regions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Data Lake, and Data Engineering technologies.
