About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rising Tide Digital Inc as an IT Business Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding the purpose of product features and functionalities and determining what bank systems and variables can aid and/or hinder their development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Feature Understanding: Understand the purpose of product features and functionalities and determine what bank systems and variables can aid and/or hinder their development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with ITG/Business Units counterparts to ensure that system owners are notified and consulted.
  • Change Request Identification: Identify the necessary change requests and/or system enhancements that will enable the product functionalities and establish operational alignment.

You will also be responsible for preparing system/functionality documentation where necessary and engaging with internal bank partners for consultation and sign-off for proposed solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Experience in Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience.
  • Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
