Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Determine the nature of incoming emails, prioritize them according to their importance, and ensure that all emails are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Task Prioritization: Screen incoming emails to determine whether they should be forwarded to the appropriate person or division, and review emails for items that require follow-up.
  • Team Support: Ensure that all team members are aware of their tasks and deadlines, and provide support as needed to ensure smooth operation.
