Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Office 365 applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational health of the O365 Suite Applications, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting various types of Office 365 hosted application services.
  • Troubleshooting various Office 365 issues, including connectivity and mobility.
  • Conducting routine monitoring and analysis of system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and managing site collection quota settings.
  • Developing future strategies for Office 365 products and services.
  • Administering and supporting Office 365 and MS Exchange policies.
  • Supporting system backup and disaster recovery processes.
  • Maintaining inventory of equipment and software licenses.
  • Updating ticket technical details, documenting new processes, creating guidelines for new solutions, and updating infrastructure documentation.
