**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at ARM RESOURCES INC. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Employee Relations: Assist with new employee onboarding, answer employee inquiries, and support employee relations matters.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including HR files, databases, and documentation.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and execution of HR events, such as employee recognition programs and training sessions.
