Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused professionals to fill a critical role in our organization as Short-Term Rental Guest Services Representative.

This vital position involves ensuring seamless and memorable guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to guest inquiries and communications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Effectively resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction and maintain high standards of service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including cleaning and maintenance, to maintain exceptional service levels.
  • Update reservations accurately for proper accounting and liaise with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve any channel-specific issues.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with online travel agency booking channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, even when under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
