• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Strong knowledge of PEZA or BOC rules and regulations.
• Understanding of Incoterms and technical descriptions.
• Ability to create effective quotations and proposals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
